When it comes to supporting customers, few businesses do more than Dunlop Adhesives. Since its launch into the merchant and DIY sectors, the innovative manufacturer of tile adhesives, grouts and finishing products has implemented a number of initiatives to help the people that sell or use its products enjoy greater levels of success. These initiatives range from eye catching Point-of-Sale materials through to specialist training courses and even technical support videos viewable in-store, online and on WAP enabled mobile phones.
Now, the company has made further strides in its commitment to setting new standards in customer support, staging a unique product demonstration day on behalf of new stockist, Tile Trend. The event took place at Tile Trend’s Llandudno branch, the largest tile showroom in Wales, and was designed to raise awareness of the benefits of the Dunlop Adhesives product range amongst local end-users.
Throughout the day, potential customers were able to experience firsthand the ease of use, efficiency and ability to achieve superior results offered by Dunlop Adhesives’ products thanks to a series of interesting and informal demonstrations by Dunlop Area Sales Manager, Paul Roper. Paul was also on hand to offer individual advice and answer any questions from customers.
Speaking of the day, Dunlop Adhesives Senior Product Manager, Debi Bailey commented: “The product demonstration day was a great success and firmly helped establish the Dunlop Adhesives brand amongst the wider range of products sold by Tile Trend. When people read that our products are easy to use or that they deliver exceptional results with minimal effort, they can easily dismiss it as clever marketing speak. However once they see the benefits for themselves, they soon realise we’re not just making empty claims.”
Following on from the success at the Llandudno showroom, Dunlop Adhesives is planning a series of similar demonstrations across other Tile Trend sites in the UK. | |
